Location. The Grand Mayan Wyndham Acapulco is located along a one kilometer stretch of white sand beach on Playa Diamante in Acapulco, Mexico. This property stands 13 kilometers from Puerto Marques and 24 kilometers from downtown Acapulco.
Hotel Features. The Grand Mayan Wyndham Acapulco presents live music and nightclub entertainment at Mondo Acapulco Restaurant. This stylish eatery serves sushi and Italian fare, and houses a taco bar. Caf� del Lago affords scenic lake and garden views, and offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. Bakal prepares international and local dishes, while Balche Snack and Pool Bar tempts palates with quick bites, refreshments and cocktails. Computers are available at the Cyber Caf�, and fax and photocopy services may be requested at the concierge desk. Jade Boutique stocks sundries and souvenirs. The fitness center houses cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The resort offers an 18 hole golf course and 12 lighted courts at Clerc Mayan Tennis Academy. A jogging track encircles the property, and waterfalls, slides, toboggans and hanging bridges span the resort's grounds. The "Slow Magic River" flows throughout the property. Outdoor pools interconnect with the children's mini aquatic park. Chispa Kids Club offers sports, recreation, cultural activities and handicrafts to children ages 4 11.
Guestrooms. This 10 story resort offers 354 guestrooms with furnished ocean , garden or golf course view balconies. Living rooms are furnished with sofa beds, and accommodations feature separate sitting and sleeping areas. Select bedrooms contain jetted tubs. Modern bathrooms contain telephones, makeup mirrors and separate bathtubs and showers.
