Location. The historic Hotel du Pont, built in 1913, is located in downtown Wilmington, Del. The property is within seven miles of the Hagley Museum, Winterthur Museum and the Delaware Museum. Brandywine Valley, featuring more than 1,000 acres of indoor and outdoor gardens, is within five miles of the hotel.
